Community Reports Feature Update
Dear IGLOO members,
Adding community analytics to our social software suite has been very much a collaborative exercise. And, over the last few months, we've asked you, our customers, to help define the metrics which should appear in our reports.
After careful review and a complex build process, we are excited to announce the release of the first phase of our community analytics strategy. Administrators using the Basic, Professional or Enterprise Edition may begin to request community reports in Microsoft Excel format, on a weekly and quarterly basis, beginning May 1st, 2011.
We understand that many of you are eager to begin accessing your community analytics on your community and will be disappointed by the delay, but we hope you will be pleased with the result.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding. We're looking forward to your continued input as we move towards a real-time reporting engine at the end of this year.

How does one access this feature? I've looked all over my community and can't find it. Thank you!
Currently the reports are in Beta, Soon you will be able to request reports from your account manager.
Hi, is this live yet? I am an admin for my community and would like to request these reports. Also, is there an additional fee for accessing these reports?
We are working on a reporting tool now.
ETA is approx summer 2012.
