Plus Sign (+) for "add article"

Can this be relabeled as plain old "Add article" and moved to the top of the widget when you have a page hiding the news and blogs page?

Should do the same for the Forum Widget as well: Add Topic text and icon and move to the top when the option in the widget is selected.
