When you are viewing folders it would be more intuitive to click a 'Move Up folder level' and 'Move Down folder level' buttons next to the 'Add Folder' 'Add Files' buttons.

'Up arrow'  'Down arrow'   'Add Folder'     'Add Files'

Having to click the folder name in the hyperlink trail in the banner area doesn't feel very intuitive when I want to quickly navigate up or down a folder structure.
