At the moment users can post-date their articles so they publish at a later date, but as soon as the article is in draft mode or sent to a moderator that feature is no longer available.

It would be nice if a moderator could edit the publish date for articles that have been submitted to the queue, and if the publish date could be edited in draft mode.
