I keep expecting to see a Browse Files tab on the 'Insert/edit link' config window.

The only way I see to insert a link to a document is to use Smart Search in the Insert/edit link config window. There always seems to be a delay after attaching a document before it shows up in the Smart Search result. If it's not there, there's no other way to link to a document. It eventually shows up in the Smart Search result, but this really interrupts the flow of creating the link.

Even if the document I want to link to is there, I still need to take my hand off the mouse to key in a file name to search for. It would be nice to be able to just click-to-config a link to a document that has been uploaded to the community.
