It would be nice if when there was only a single event for a calendar day, to display the event itself when you click on the day in the calendar, rather than the day with the list of events. 

It makes sense to default to the list view if there is more than one event on a day. 

If there is only one event on a day, when you click on a day in the calendar view it displays the event as a link to the actual event. For me it's not intuitively obvious that I should click the event title in the list view when there is only one event.
