Technical Bulletin - IGLOO offline

On Friday June 26, 2009 all IGLOO powered sites were offline starting at 7:45 PM EDT for approximately 1.5 hours.

The servers that power IGLOO communities are hosted at Fusepoint. On Friday June 26, 2009 Fusepoint experienced technical issues with "the "B" power source" that resulted in our services being offline for a period of approximately 1.5 hours.  Fusepoint will be providing a technical bulletin to IGLOO to fully explain the issue, their resolution and recommendations to prevent this failure at their facilities in the future.
