Supported Browsers

Based on current trends Internet Explorer 6 usage is declining.  With that in mind IGLOO will be changing our "supported browser" policy for both technology  and services (CSS - theme and page templates).

Our current list of supported browsers ( as listed in our customer support wiki) is:

  • Firefox 3
  • Firefox 2
  • Safari 3
  • Internet Explorer 7

Why are we doing this?

  1. IE6 is over seven years old an is no longer supported by Microsoft.
  2. It can prevent users from experiencing all technical aspects of their favorite IGLOO websites.

What does this mean for my IGLOO site?

We will continue to ensure that all functionality works and is tested in IE6; however there may be slight variances in appearance between IE6 and the supported browsers.

What should I do if I am still an IE6 user?
