The blogs page now features the ability to create an article before delving into a channel. After selecting "Add Article" from a drop down menu you will select which channel to post your article in. When viewing a blog article, additional author information is now available below a post, this feature offers you the ability to view their profile and other articles. Desktop client 1.3 is now available for download
Members of participating IGLOO communities our latest Desktop Client is now available for download. Version 1.3 holds some important improvements, Windows Vista and Windows 7 users will now be able to upload and manage community documents with our Desktop Client. Additionally the Desktop Client can now be used to manage your group space files, allowing you complete access over your community documents.

Favicon (short for favorites icon), also known as a website icon, shortcut icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon is a 16×16, 32×32 or 64×64 pixel square icon. You may find it necessary to change your favicon from our IGLOO logo to something custom for your community, this article will show you how to do this yourself. It is required to have your image saved as an ico file type before following these steps.

Internet Explorer (IE):
- Users will now able to change their passwords in IE (either through the 'Forgot Your Password' link or through editing their Login Settings)
- Replying to an internal message will only create one post
- Users can now send messages to other members using the "Send a Message" functionality

Some users may have experienced problems signing in to their IGLOO powered sites after the upgrades on Saturday May 15th, 2010 and before this morning, May 17th, 2010 at 11:00 AM EST.
This issue may have affected some users trying to sign in to IGLOO sites; users may have been seeing an error telling them that JavaScript needed to be enabled even if it already was. Also users who proceeded to try to login were then getting an error about a bad passwords.
The issue was caused by a version incompatibility during deployment which has since been corrected.
