Account Creation - Trouble ShootingFrom 1"Unable to Process Your Request" Error Message When Trying to Accept Your InvitationThe issue is likely related to your email settings causing the URL to "wrap" over two lines. So when you click the link it is only picking up the first half resulting in an incomplete URL and an error message. Copy the second line of the URL, then click the link (this will take you to a page and you will get an error message), click in the address and paste the second line and click enter. This should load the correct page. I've Tried to Reset My Password But the New Password Still Doesn't WorkIt is likely that you did not Activate your account and your login is silently failing. Our registration process is a two step process: first enter your email and password. This sends out an email that requires you to "Activate" your account by a link contained in the email. The Activation message is from "IGLOO Member Services and Support". If you are unable to locate your activation email message contact us at register@igloosoftware.com.
