Activities
The act of tracking a community item's history of events. The history of events is called the audit trail, which tracks the operations performed on the item, the date and time of the operation, and the member who performed the operation. You can audit the following community items: documents, community pages, and albums.
Check In/Out
The act of temporarily locking a personal or community document for the purpose of updating the content and replacing the existing version in IGLOO. The check-out action provides users with exclusive permissions to modify the document and add new versions to IGLOO. No other user can add a version until the user selects the check-in action to replace the file in IGLOO.
Delete
The act of removing an item from myIGLOO or a community.
The following rules apply when deleting items:
• When you delete a folder, all items inside the folder are deleted.
• You cannot delete a folder if you do not have full permissions for the items in the folder.
• Deleted items that are removed from myIGLOO or a community and cannot be restored.
To delete an item, click the item's Action icon, and then choose Delete. In the Confirmation dialog box, click the OK button.
Move
The action of relocating an item from one location to another.
Add Version
A variation of an original or updated item. You can update an item on your computer and add the updated version to myIGLOO or a community. IGLOO tracks each version of an item in Version History.
Versions
A record of the original and each updated version of an item in myIGLOO or in a community. Version History allows you to view all versions and properties of an item.
